These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website kninesolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by K-Nine Solutions Dog Training (“K-Nine Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope — Website Use Only

These Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and any related online features we make available (such as online scheduling and contact forms). They do not create, define, or govern any dog-training or other services that K-Nine Solutions may provide. Any such services are arranged separately and are not part of, or subject to, these Terms.

Nothing on the Site or in these Terms constitutes an offer, promise, or guarantee of any service or outcome. For anything relating to services, please contact us directly.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about K-Nine Solutions and to contact us or request an appointment. You agree not to:

3. Online Scheduling and Requests

The Site may let you request or schedule an appointment through a third-party scheduling provider (for example, Calendly). That tool is operated by a third party and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy; we do not control it and do not guarantee its availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Submitting a request or booking through the Site is a request only — it does not obligate us to provide any service and does not create a contract between you and K-Nine Solutions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and for your convenience. While we aim to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or error-free, and it may be changed or removed at any time without notice. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
